We offer 24-hour skilled nursing, rehabilitation therapy, post-acute care, long-term care, respite stays, hospice programs, and additional supplementary care services. We are fortunate to be surrounded by breathtaking scenery and the friendship of neighbors in the lovely town of Shelton, WA. As one of the newest nursing homes in Washington, our center offers spacious resident rooms, large comfortable common areas, and two beautifully landscaped private garden courtyards.

These tasty cookies were succesfully donated to help raise funds at the annual Business Luncheon & Confection Auction, hosted by Mason Health Foundation.

Our team had a great time today at this year's Business Luncheon hosted by Mason General Foundation. They did amazing as always putting on a wonderful event🌸It was so nice to step out of the office for a bit, come together and enjoy being part of such a supportive community!!

Big Thank You to Shelton School district who welcomed us to the Shelton High school today for a luncheon! Several of our staff and residents had the opportunity to attend and enjoy a wonderful meal prepared by their culinary students. Great presentation from the performing arts students and Shelton school district Superintendent! Our activity department was also gifted a beautiful, handmade Cribbage board for our residents to have as part of the game collection.
Thank you also to Mason County Transit for transporting us to this event today! 🫶
