Whether you are in need of short-term rehabilitation or long-term care, our team is dedicated to meeting your healthcare needs. We offer 24-hour skilled nursing, rehabilitation therapy, post-acute care, long-term care, respite stays, hospice programs, and additional supplementary care services. We are fortunate to be surrounded by breathtaking scenery and the friendship of neighbors in the lovely town of Shelton, WA. As one of the newest nursing homes in Washington, our center offers spacious resident rooms, large comfortable common areas, and two beautifully landscaped private garden courtyards.
