Maple Glen Assisted Living had our monthly Lunch Outing today. Residents got to go to our local Happy Teriyaki Wok. The wind was blowing cold but the food was hot. We greatly appreciated the wonderful service from their staff. (Pictured from left to right: Pat, Art, Marijke, Christine and Sue)

Shel-town Strummers came by today to play for our residents. They played music from the last century and led us all in a sing-along.

Happy New Year's Eve from Maple Glen Assisted Living!! 🎉🎊🍾🥂🎇🎆
We celebrated with a New Year's Eve themed Happy Hour. We did a mock countdown at 3 pm and rang in the new year with a balloon drop, confetti cannons and poppers. Best wishes for the coming year!!

Maple Glen Assisted Living Christmas photo drop!! Lunch was a wonderful spread of Prime Rib with horseradish, stuffing, mashed potatoes with gravy, corn and a roll with butter. Dessert was a filled and frosted Peppermint Brownie. The meal was followed by a Christmas Sing-along. We then settled into the afternoon with fresh Popcorn and Christmas movies. And just when the residents thought dinner was the only thing to expect; Santa stopped by to pay them a visit and give gifts. Merry Christmas from Maple Glen Assisted Living!!!🎄🎁

For Christmas Eve at Maple Glen we had an Egg Nog Themed Happy Hour. We featured a couple flavors of Egg Nog and Crystal AC Blaine baked some mini Egg Nog Cheesecake for the residents. And the house band led us all in songs of cheer! Happy National Egg Nog Day and Merry Christmas Eve from all of us at Maple Glen Assisted Living!! 🎄🎁🥛🍪
