Whole Life Navigation is Mental Health and Wellness Coaching as well as Biblical Pastoral Counseling. My purpose is first to honor the Lord by fully integrating the Word of God and the Power of the Holy Spirit in order to help people come to know the life God intended for us. As a Biblical Mental Health Coach and Counselor I endeavor to listen to the heart not just the words. My approach is Christ
-centered and bible based, a framework anchored in the Christian worldview that the Bible provides. It is these principles and truths that help us to thrive in daily living. I believe that God wants to restore every part of our lives including our relationships to Him and each other. I am committed to providing compassionate professional coaching and counseling services within a Biblical framework, not only to the individual, but to the family, the church Body, and the community. I strive to extend God’s love through the emotional and spiritual healing of individuals in order to equip them to become more Christ-like in their personal, professional and public lives.
