Good morning and thanks for joining in for the thought for today. Matthew 22:1-14 We will be studying on the " "Marriage of Kings son." Wedding feasts in the Bible were important, sometimes lasting for days. Jesus used the Wedding feast as an example of the marriage supper of the Lamb. How often other things are deemed more important than doing the will of God. Verses 1-7. Many are invited to serve Jesus Christ,but few follow. (See Matthew 7:13-14; John 6:66). In vers 4 we see the preparation. A large meal was planned. Christ has planned a heavenly home for us-John 14:1-3. Some will accept and yet others will reject-Mark 16:16. In verses 5-6 we see the problem. Invitations were sent, and many rejected them. Note the rejection of Christ-John 1:11-12. In vers 7. We see the punishment. Those who rejected the invention were destroyed. Compare the fate of those who reject Christ (Revlation 20:11-15, Revlation 21:8). My friend a invention has been given, COME AND TAKE OF THE WATER OF LIFE FREELY. My lost friend Jesus is calling for you to come, will you refuse Him or will you accept Him now as your savior, the choice is yours. It's a very serious thing to turn the Lord's invention down, friend he may never pass your way again. Today is the day of salvation your not promised tomorrow. Have a blessed day and keep on keeping on for our lord. Continue to pray for James Haynes that the doctors could find out what's going on. The biopsy should be back soon. Pray for Charlie Seale and his wife Karen Seale both for strength and healing, pray for Greg Knighting who has cancer pray for salvation. Connie Knighting for complet healing, Aleta Coleman for complet healing, aunt Florence Jenkins and her family, uncle Archie Seale for complet healing, and for his wife Brenda Seale who had surgery. Pray for Larry Shifflett for complet healing, uncle Leonard Cave and his family, uncle Arthur Cave for complet healing, Jr Macdonald and his wife Unice Macdonald both for complet healing, Sandy Breeden for complet healing, Jerry and Debbie Hall, pray for Debbie for complet healing, John Burnner and his wife Charlotte Burnner and family, Mom and Dad for strength and healing Dad is still so weak from haveing the flu. Pray for my sister Becky Fincham who is still not feeling well, pray for Pam Keibler for healing, Archie Gochenour and his wife Kelly, Dave and Terry Mackcalister and thier children, little 3 year old Georgia who needs brain surgery, Thelma Jenkins and family, Ken Norman God knows the, Danny Rhea and family, Tim Helton for guidance and direction, Brother David Smoot and his family, my father-in-law and mother-in-law Gen and Shirley Dodson and family, Delmar Dodson God knows the need, Chad Dodson for complet healing, Sue Gordon and her husband Johnny God knows the need, Hank weakley and Crystal Weakley God knows the need, Patsy Good for complet healing, Patricia Hedrick and husband Jimmy Hedrick and family, Patricia Southard for complet healing, Patricia Morris for growth in her walk with God.
