Looking for a therapist? Finding someone you feel comfortable with is important.

I believe our lives are made up of a collection of stories that are constantly being written and rewritten. Every individual has their own story that makes up who they are.

About me!

1) My favorite part of being a therapist is watching change happen in real time during sessions. I love seeing the "lightbulb moment" with clients when things finally click.

2) Coffee in the mornings and green tea to sustain me through the day!

3) I like to think I bring moonlight energy; I feel the most peace in the evenings and have always loved moon and stars imagery.

4) My favorite way to recharge after a long day is by making a hot cup of tea, cuddling with my cat, and reading a good romantasy book.

5) I was drawn into therapy work through my own personal experience with therapy as a teen and how transformative it was for my life path. I wanted to become the therapist that helps people find their way and find their light
6) If I weren't a therapist, I would be working at a bookstore with a cat cafe attached!

7) My favorite comfort food is pork sinigang, which is a Filipino sour soup that I grew up eating as a kid. It was what my mom would make for me when I would feel sick, and now I make it to feel close to my culture and family.

Give us a call and set up an appointment.

Now Accepting New Clients!

If you’re ready to prioritize your mental wellness, or simply curious about how therapy might help, I’d love to connect for a free 15-minute consultation.

I believe everyone has the capacity to grow and transform. Throughout my career, I’ve supported individuals from many walks of life, including those navigating anxiety, relationship struggles, past trauma, and addiction.

I’m a patient listener who pays close attention to detail and uses evidence-based approaches to collaborate with clients as we work toward solutions.

My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you can express yourself, gain insight, and move toward personal growth.

Outside of work, I love traveling and spending time in nature. As a busy mom of four, I value balance and staying grounded.

I hold a Master’s in Social Work, a Bachelor’s in Family Life Education, and graduate certificates in trauma-responsive care and substance use. I’ve worked with individuals, couples, families, and groups, and most recently supported female teens who experienced sexual exploitation.

Winnie is now accepting new clients!

• A phrase that I find myself saying often in sessions is “Two things can be true at the same time.”

• One word I hope clients feel after working with me is “Seen”.

• What drew me into therapy work in the first place was the ability to slow down, to listen, and just to be a human being holding a safe space when sitting across another human being. I also think that is what makes the therapeutic relationship so powerful.

• If clients had a theme song walking into my office, it would be “Ready For It” by Taylor Swift -from a certified Swiftie

• Something people would be surprised to know about me is that I love performing! Given my reserved and quiet nature, I actually quite enjoy dancing, singing, creating music, playing instruments, and songwriting. I think music is a powerful tool for things that cannot be expressed through words.
• A small daily ritual I love is making room for a 5-minute dance sesh, no matter how booked and busy, or how down I feel… always.

• A book that I’m obsessed with lately is “A Silent Patient”. I love a good psychological thriller!

• If I wasn’t a therapist, I definitely would own a quaint coffee shop that provides the comfort of coffee and tea to regulars and the occasional passerby. I find myself envisioning the coffee shop to be called “Cup of Therapy” because to me, serving delicious coffee and pastries is just another form of therapy ☺️

• Describe myself in three words: unserious, unhinged, and kind
