Join us for our monthly Mommy group! A space to slow down, connect, and share life with other mothers in the same season. Come build community, find support, and walk this journey of motherhood together.
This Month we will be meeting at the woodlands church indoor playground!

MILK CHAT WITH MILK & MOM
Thursday, Dec, 4th 10am
Join Milk+Mom for a monthly support group focused around all milk methods and community support! Whether your breastfeeding, formula feeding, pumping, or all 3, this is the place for you!

OPTIMAL FETAL POSITIONING CLASS
Wednesday, Dec 8th 6pm-7pm
Join us as we walk through a series of movements from the Miles Circuit, all of which you can practice during the thirds trimester to encourage your baby to move into the optimal position for labor and birth!Register at the front desk with Emily, or give us a call!

THE ADDICE HOLIDAY PARTY
Thursday December 11th, 10AM
Join us as we celebrate the year coming to an end and our wonderful Addice community! Open to the public this is a free, fun event for all parents & littles!

Featuring a Read-a-long from Mrs.Clause herself, the most fun crafts for the littles, Wonderful winter sips from our favorite Subherban sips, and of course the best gluten free clean ingredient treats from donut resist!! We absolutely can’t wait to see everyone!

CHILD BIRTH EDUCATION - Birthing in Love
Sunday, Dec 14th, 3-6pm
Led by one of our very own Midwives, Natanya Champney! A childbirth preparation course in love. How to harness the power of love to have a transformative birth full of joy, laughter and lots of endorphins. A unique class for both first-time birthers as well as a great refresher for those who are experiencing the wonder of natural birth again. Register at your next appointment or through our website! Open to the public for $150!
