Join us for our monthly Mommy group! A space to slow down, connect, and share life with other mothers in the same season. Come build community, find support, and walk this journey of motherhood together.
This Month we will be meeting at Twilight Park in Conroe!

OPTIMAL FETAL POSITIONING CLASS
Wednesday, Nov 5 6pm-7pm
Join us as we walk through a series of movements from the Miles Circuit, all of which you can practice during the thirds trimester to encourage your baby to move into the optimal position for labor and birth!Register at the front desk with Emily, or give us a call!

CHILD BIRTH EDUCATION - Birthing in Love
Sunday, Oct 9th, 3-6pm
Led by one of our very own Midwives, Natanya Champney! A childbirth preparation course in love. How to harness the power of love to have a transformative birth full of joy, laughter and lots of endorphins. A unique class for both first-time birthers as well as a great refresher for those who are experiencing the wonder of natural birth again. Register at your next appointment or through our website! MILK CHAT WITH MILK & MOM

Join us for an EXTRA fun Mommy group combined with our monthly Milk & mom meets!! Dress up in your BEST costume and let’s spend some time in community! Snacks and refreshments provided !! We can’t wait to see you!

PREPARING FOR POSTPARTUM

Join Disrupt Physical Therapy FOR A FREE CLASS, PREPARING FOR POSTPARTUM! There seems to be an arbitrary timeline to get back to exercise after baby…but what if you don’t feel ready? Or if you feel like you’d like to start sooner? Join us as we chat about all this as well as, modifications, progressions, benefits to movement PP, and the main barriers to movement!

Each month, we host an Optimal Fetal Positioning Class where we walk through techniques and the purpose behind the Miles Circuit, helping your body and baby find alignment for a smoother, more efficient labor!!

✨ Why Optimal Fetal Positioning Matters:
• Encourages smoother, more efficient labor by helping contractions work effectively
• Reduces back labor and discomfort caused by baby’s posterior positioning
• Supports baby’s descent through the pelvis with ease
• Improves comfort in late pregnancy by easing hip and back tension
• May reduce the need for interventions like vacuum, forceps, or cesarean
• Builds awareness of how posture, daily movement, and rest affect baby’s alignment
• Incorporates the gentle, effective Miles Circuit to create balance and space in the pelvis

Here are a few qualities to look for and questions to ask:
A calm, confident presence you feel at ease with
Clear communication and respect for your birth preferences
Evidence-based care mixed with genuine compassion
Experience with your desired birth setting (home or birth center)

Ask your midwife/birth team:
• How do you support physiological birth?
• What’s your approach in emergencies?
• How do you help parents prepare for postpartum recovery?
• What kind of emotional and educational support do you provide?

Birth is deeply personal & your care should be too. 💕
