Teresa designed this class to incorporate Pilates standing and matt moves with kickboxing!!! We will teach all you need to know .Beginner /intermediate/ advanced taught. TUESDAY -5:30 โTraditional Pilates w/ Props

(We will teach you the traditional pilates moves
And some with a twist!!! Using bands ,weights, magic circles , balls and more!!! Pilates lengthens the strengthens the whole body as one!!! Beginner/Intermediate/ Advanced taught. WEDNESDAY- 10:30- RUNNERS PILATES
( If you are a runner? This class is great cross training for your day off or added to help train
Pilates moves specifically put together to help you strengthen your core and opposing muscle
groups used during your run!!! To help make you stronger and prevent injuries!!!Weather you
are doing a 5k or a marathon or a beginner runnerโฆThis class is a must for your fitness program)
FRIDAYS- 9:30- TRADITIONAL PILATES WITH PROPS
( The same class as Wednesdayโs class so you can have 3 classes a week to help you practice and get stronger and learn more pilates moves!!! Beginner/ Intermediate/ Advanced Moves taught!!!
