💛Go Gently💛
I allow myself to slow down, rest and relax. I take time for myself today letting my nerves settle, my breath slow and my mind rest. I clear my energy by surrounding myself in a ball of golden light helping to release and transmute old stale energy and place a protective rejuvenating cocoon around myself.
