•• Whatever you seek is seeking you •• I have a background in occupational therapy, most recently mental health, where I taught yoga to adults in crisis. I am excited to bring yoga and art into the minds and hearts of the smallest members of our community. Using familiar stories and themes, each class is a blend of yoga and art to create enriching experiences for children that focus on mindfulness and creativity through nature.

We have so much fun with daycare and pre-k groups on Tuesday’s! It’s been so busy, these groups moved with me the last 2 weeks and I’m still catching up on all the photos ✨ We learned animal poses, singing bowl patterns, freeze dance, yoga poses and stories, body awareness songs, and teamwork! 👏🏻

It’s hard to sum up our hour on Wednesday’s at Kid’s Club ✨ Bilateral drawing to stimulate our creativity, watercolors by pushing a peanut to help us lose our need for perfection, mindful seeing exercise, yoga games and stories, breathing exercises - we even incorporated some spelling and math into our yoga hopscotch…you have to come see for yourself! 🙏🏻 Every Wednesday at 4:15 ❤️
