•• Whatever you seek is seeking you •• I have a background in occupational therapy, most recently mental health, where I taught yoga to adults in crisis. I am excited to bring yoga and art into the minds and hearts of the smallest members of our community. Using familiar stories and themes, each class is a blend of yoga and art to create enriching experiences for children that focus on mindfulness and creativity through nature.

Kid’s Club took it outdoors today! ⭐️ We sat on a lot of stoops, looked in a lot of shop windows, closed our eyes and listened, saw some cute puppies, and filled in our Mindful Bingo cards. Back in the studio we had time for sun salutations, box breathing, and arranging yoga flows for peers. Spirits were high today and it was still light outside after class 🙏🏻 Join us next week

Kid’s Club today was all about stars ⭐️ Watercolors, talking about and drawing our star powers, self-regulation through several kinds of breathwork, cosmic poses, sun salutations, and practiced slowing down (star finger mazes, freeze dance, coloring, buddy breathing with stuffed animals) just to name a few things 😉 We always have a great time on Wednesday’s, join us 🧘🏻‍♀️

I remembered to snap this right at the end of class once things were cleaned up 😆 Homeschool yoga had a small but energetic crew today! We made love bug crafts, practiced different poses and breaths, did some extra dancing and running, and incorporated some new walking exercises into our warmup. It was a fast and fun time!
