•• Whatever you seek is seeking you •• I have a background in occupational therapy, most recently mental health, where I taught yoga to adults in crisis. I am excited to bring yoga and art into the minds and hearts of the smallest members of our community. Using familiar stories and themes, each class is a blend of yoga and art to create enriching experiences for children that focus on mindfulness and creativity through nature.

Pre-k was lively this morning! No time for pictures once we got moving 😅 Holiday music and poses, bead watches to shake to call the reindeer, and body awareness songs and games. We helped penguin find his lost snowball in our yoga story and rolled up in our mats for savasana. The craft was a full sensory experience. Thanks crew, see you in 2026! ✨
