•• Whatever you seek is seeking you •• I have a background in occupational therapy, most recently mental health, where I taught yoga to adults in crisis. I am excited to bring yoga and art into the minds and hearts of the smallest members of our community. Using familiar stories and themes, each class is a blend of yoga and art to create enriching experiences for children that focus on mindfulness and creativity through nature.

Kid’s Club took it outdoors today to celebrate this beautiful spring day 🥰 We used our mindful seeing to look for signs of spring and created paper chains with our observations, played a memory drawing game, worked together to create yoga pose sequences, and definitely got a little silly ✨ We are off next week for spring break, but after that we will be at our usual spot every Wednesday ❤️ Join us!

Kid’s Club took it outdoors today! ⭐️ We sat on a lot of stoops, looked in a lot of shop windows, closed our eyes and listened, saw some cute puppies, and filled in our Mindful Bingo cards. Back in the studio we had time for sun salutations, box breathing, and arranging yoga flows for peers. Spirits were high today and it was still light outside after class 🙏🏻 Join us next week
