Yall know I cant sit still, I'm always trying to "Evolve" the practice. I've recently started my master certification on Auriculotherapy.

Auriculotherapy is the stimulation of specific points on your external ear in order to have a therapeutic affect else ware in your body. We do that with ear seeds as a tool to achieve this.
