The exercise is very simple.
Take a marker and let your line move across the paper — following the shape of this stone.
The key is to follow it, not to control it. Don’t try to force its direction or make it perfect. Just allow your line to flow wherever it wants to go.

This practice is especially helpful for those who tend to control everything in life and feel anxious when facing the unknown.
