I hate feeling unproductive!

Like I have all the motivation and drive to get things done and get things moving and my brain just isnโ€™t cooperating! Itโ€™s only 1-2 pm in the afternoon and thereโ€™s a whole half of the day ahead when I could be working on the next steps to grow my business or study to improve my craft as a coach but my brain is not there! I want to sleep, to eat, to browse the net - anything but the deep work on my calendar.

I used to procrastinate on SO MANY THINGS in my life!

Fitness, improving long-term eating habits, working on relationships that didn't work VS escaping them, working on sales and business that I don't like naturally - all the things that would bring the most benefits but needed hard work in advance.

Aren't we all doing the same in the areas where we want results but aren't improving?

And then I just realized - I didn't have a clear, a BURNING desire for what exactly I was going in life!
Once you develop awareness around what exactly you want.
Once you are 100% sure you aren't gonna give up on this.

You'll have no freaking trouble putting in the work.

People argue with me all the time - PROCRASTINATION is about discipline (lack of) or motivation or laziness or something else.
