Help is one call away. Keeping you safe at home.
How it works: For in-home models, landline or wireless.

1. A small button is worn around the neck or wrist.
2. Pushing the button activates a call to our response center, and the monitor becomes a speaker phone.
3. The operator will talk to you through the unit speaker phone and they will call a Responder.
4. A Responder can be a neighbor, family member or a friend.
5. When the Responder arrives, they press the "Help" button on the monitor to let the Lifeline operator know help has arrived.
6. If no Responders are available, the response center will call emergency services to your home.
