Handling Stress in healthy ways is a matter of mental & physical well-being.

* Maintain a regular exercise regiment and use it as a way to unwind and stay fit.
* Keep daily tasks manageable. It's ok to say "no" to prevent overbooking your schedule.
* Talk to a trusted friend or family member about your feelings. Don't hold in your emotions.
* Reach for a healthy snack - not junk food - if you're busy, stressed, and need a quick energy boost.
