In a small town, it can feel risky to go to therapy or see a therapist locally. But here’s the truth: therapy isn’t for the weak — it’s for the brave. 🧠 May is Mental Health Awareness Month — and no, that doesn't mean you have to be in crisis to care about your mental health. You don’t need a diagnosis to deserve support. You don’t have to “have it worse” to talk to a therapist. Mental health is about being HUMAN — messy, complex, strong, and sometimes struggling. Let’s normalize taking care of our minds the same way we care for our bodies.
