Carrot Mint Refresh
- Ingredients:
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup carrots (chopped)
- 1 handful fresh mint leaves
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp chia seeds
Instructions:
1. Blend water, carrots, and mint leaves until smooth.
2. Add lime juice and chia seeds, then blend again.
