Enjoy the meal and feel good after with a few simple habits:

💧 Drink water throughout the day — thirst can feel like hunger
🥦 Add vegetables where you can for fiber and balance
🍽️ Eat earlier in the day — do not “save up” for the meal
🚶‍♀️ Take a walk after eating to support digestion
❤️ Focus on enjoyment, not perfection
