I’ve seen yoga for kids help with their emotional regulation. Good stuff here!!

For any young person trying to get back home.....great solution to some very difficult problems. Human trafficking is real, so this might help some get back home if they are able to leave some how.

The child must be between the age of 12 to 21 and be willing to be reunited with their family.

Love this idea because it would go well to help calm people. Crossing the mid-line and patterned repetitive are both helpful behaviors for people with attention difficulties and trauma symptoms.
