One Health Sheridan Our mission is to improve the well being of everyone by providing accessible, quality health care for the whole community.

Our integrated care model has been recognized throughout the state and combines medical and behavioral health care under one roof. The Sheridan Health Center (formerly Sheridan Free Clinic) provides affordable primary care and psychiatric services to Sheridan County residents of all ages.

December 1st marks the start of Crohn's and Colitis Awareness Week, and we want to take a moment to share some important information about these conditions!

Crohn’s disease can cause inflammation in the digestive tract, leading to symptoms like abdominal pain, severe diarrhea, fatigue, unexplainable weight loss, and malnutrition. On the other hand, Ulcerative Colitis affects the lining of the re**um and colon, causing inflammation and ulcers. Symptoms can include severe tiredness, anemia, bleeding from the re**um, skin sores, joint pain, and loss of appetite.
