Grief can feel isolating, overwhelming, and at times impossible to put into words. You don’t have to carry it alone. 🤍

Hillside Wellness Center is now offering a Grief Support Group for individuals navigating the loss of a loved one. Whether your loss is recent or from years ago, this group is designed to provide a safe, supportive space to share, process, and heal alongside others who understand.

🗓 Starts March 1st
⏰ Saturdays | 12:00 PM – 1:30 PM
💲 $35 per session
