We are owned and operated by John Bullard, a long-time resident of Texoma and owner of Parks Drugs and Bullard Home Medical Equipment. We consider it a privilege and honor to be chosen by patients and their families to care for them during this special time of life. Our focus is on living and treating everyone with dignity, kindness and respect.
