There are no licensed counselors at Four Rivers. Our staff and volunteers serve as mentors, coaches and support system for those walking in recovery from addictions.

The Board, Staff, and Residents had a great time at the annual Four Rivers Christmas Party.

A HUGE thank you to Todd and Sherry Thompson for the steaks, and to Mike Roewe fof helping cook them. A big thank you to our own Thomas and his crew for baking the potatoes and making the sides.

It was a wonderful evening.

Some of the guys dropped in and saw Mama Jeannie this morning to wish her a Merry Christmas. They told her how much they appreciate Four Rivers, and what her and Arthur and Larry started. Without those 3 and many others, we wouldn't be here.

A huge thank you to Janie and Mike Bates for helping set this up. We were able to surprise her.

Yesterday afternoon, Jim stepped into the arms of Jesus and was reunited with his sweet Brenda.

What a great man and a great couple. Jim was such a gentle but powerful man. I'll miss him at Nick's, but he's rejoicing in Heaven this Sunday morning!

Praise God for a life well lived.

Both of these men have graduated the 12-month Life Renewal Program, and are now in Phase 4.
