Half Forward Fold (Ardha Uttanasana): Right vs Wrong Alignment 🧘‍♀️

In the correct form, keep your sternum lifted, shoulders rolled down the back, and core gently engaged to create length in the spine. Distribute your weight slightly toward the toes and maintain a subtle upper-back extension.
The incorrect form shows rounded shoulders, hunched back, and relaxed core, which can strain the spine and reduce the benefits of the pose. Focus on mindful alignment for safety and maximum strength.
