Bountiful Birth Classes

Bountiful Birth Classes I teach CAPPA childbirth classes. The classes are based on the CAPPA program. The classes are set up to take 6 sessions (about 3 hours each).

It is 300 dollars for those 6 classes. The classes cover natural birth, hospital birth, anatomy, physiology, relaxation techniques, pain reduction techniques, the role of the birth partner and lots of good research on birth.

We will be offering FREE bodywork!

The Connection will provide an opportunity to encourage and educate families, healthcare providers, and community members on how they can support breastfeeding.

These dilation pumpkins are the scariest thing I’ve seen all night. 🎃🙀 🤣

It was set up by midwives at the Royal Oldham Hospital in Lancashire, England as part of a pumpkin decorating competition.
