Founded in 1950, has providing vital therapy services to the Texoma community for over 70 years. TRC is in network with most major insurances, including Medicare/Medicaid and offers discounted & scholarship covered services to those uninsured/underinsured or in need thanks for the support of grants, donors & donations from individuals just like you.

Giving Tuesday is here! Please help us continue our mission to provide needed physical, occupational, and speech therapy services to patients of all ages in our Texoma community.

In 1950, three dedicated community members, driven by a shared passion for serving children with special needs, founded the Grayson County Crippled Children's Society. Their mission to provide high-quality therapeutic services quickly transformed a small program housed in an old school building into a pioneering center for treating conditions such as polio, cerebral palsy, spina bifida, muscular dystrophy, and limb differences. The Grayson County Crippled Children's Center saw their first patients January 2,1951. Over the decades, the program evolved into The Rehabilitation Center (TRC), now the only comprehensive therapy center in Grayson County serving both children and adults. Today, TRC continues its longstanding tradition of delivering essential physical, occupational, and speech therapy services in a compassionate, supportive environment—empowering individuals with disabilities, special needs, and injuries to reach their fullest potential.
