He completed an Internship in Surgery at Parkland Memorial Hospital/The University of Texas Southwestern Medical School & Affiliated Hospitals, and a General Surgery Residency at St. Dr. Mooney is certified by the American Board of Surgery and is a Fellow of the American Medical Association, Texas Medical Association, Grayson County Medical Society, and American College of Surgeons. Dr. Mooney has privileges at Texoma Medical Center, Baylor Scott & White Surgical Hospital at Sherman, and Carrus Specialty Hospital.
