Dr. Stephanie is a licensed professional counselor in Sherman, TX. I have helped hundreds of people overcome eating disorders, trauma, and adversity to find happiness, healing, and confidence. With my training in Health Psychology I teach my clients how health, the mind, and the body are connected.
