Due to illness, all Grayson Adult Mental Health group activities this week have been canceled to prioritize the health and safety of our staff and the individuals we serve. However, our office will still be open to provide vital individual services, including provider and case management appointments. Group activities will resume starting January 5, 2026.

Kindness Day was born when a collection of humanitarian groups came together on November 13, 1997, and made a “Declaration of Kindness”. Our Substance Use Disorder program is proud to offer a variety of services including free Narcan! Opioid related deaths are higher than car accidents in the United States. Addiction often begins with legally prescribed medications such as Hydrocodone, Oxycodone, Codeine, Morphine, and even Fentanyl. Narcan is the nasal spray version of Naloxone that is used to reverse an Opioid overdose.

Our boxes are accessible 24/7, no questions asked. There is a QR code on the side of the box that will take you to the instructional video or feel free to come inside and our staff would be happy to provide instructions.
