It feels so good to be in the month of September now! How is it in your neck of the woods? I am in South Dakota in The Black Hills. Nights are cool. Most days are a lovely temperature. The smoke has blown back in from Canada, yet we had some beautiful days leading up to the northerly wind. It has shifted back from the south, so clear days are ahead again.

September brings so much to us. It is the month of Autumn Equinox, and the number 9 symbolizes COMPLETION of one cycle and the BEGINNING of another. The 9/9 portal is upon us, a day that amplifies the energies of 9 in numerology.

My breathing method. Breathe in through nose to count of 4 filling lungs and abdomen, hold for count of 4, exhale slowly out the mouth for double the count of 8. Three sets resets your Vagus nerve and nervous system. Even more sets shifts your body and all subtle bodies, bringing in homeostasis.
