Wildflower Yoga Studio Gentle and Power Yoga classes for beginners and intermediates taught in a loving environment. To discover, to share, to enlighten.

I have been teaching Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga for over 15 years and I'm thankful for the people who have come into my path. We take our time to learn the basics; to improve strength, alignment, and balance. To shed the ego and begin to see others as equal and treasured. I opened my own studio after 5 years of slow progress, with much fear and doubt, My Yoga got me through it. In that 5 years, I endured cancer surgery and chemotherapy, My Yoga got me through that, too. I impress upon you just to try, any yoga, any where! "If you've come this far, maybe you're willing to come a little further" Namaste, my friend

The end of the year can feel like a race—projects to finish, plans to honor, daylight slipping away. When your yoga practice starts to feel like another task, it’s a reminder to slow down and return to yourself.
Yoga doesn’t give you more hours—it gives you more space inside them. When you’re present, time softens and expands.
Take a breath. Notice what opens when you pause.
