Have you ever wondered how your blood sugar might affect your weight loss journey? High blood levels trigger a release of excess insulin, which promotes fat storage and hinders fat burning. Blood sugar crashes after a spike can lead to increases hunger and over eating. While I eat healthy, balanced meals the majority of the time, I have always been curious about how my body reacts to the foods I eat.
