Last week, some of our team met up with Erika from Unforgettable Underdogs to deliver the donations from our All For Love Drive. 🐾❤️
We are so grateful for everyone who contributed supplies and monetary donations to help make this drive such a success. Your generosity helps support the amazing work they do and makes a real difference for the dogs in their care.

Friday afternoon we had Betsy from Saving Paws pay us a visit! 🐾💕

She stopped by to pick up all the generous cat donations — plus the monetary donations collected as well. We’re so grateful for everyone who contributed and helped support these sweet kitties in need.

This week is the last week we’re collecting donations for the All For Love Pet Food & Supply Drive.

You can drop donations off at our location, Kessler Fahrenkrug Funeral Home in Neenah, Crossroads Veterinary Clinic, North Heights Veterinary Clinic, Animal Medical Center all in Appleton, Kaukauna Veterinary Clinic in Kaukauna, and Omro Animal Hospital in Omro.

February is here!
We're excited to partner with Kessler-Fahrenkrug Funeral Home to host the All For Love Food and Supply Drive.

For the month of February, we're collecting new pet food and supplies for Saving Paws Animal Rescue and Unforgettable Underdogs.

We are sad to report that Bob Wittmann one of the original founders of Forrest Run passed away on January 28, 2026 after a long battle with dementia. Bob along with Jim Gavaert was a pioneer of pet death care before it became recognized, establishing Forrest Run in 1984. Pat purchased Forrest Run from Bob and his wife JoAnn in 2005.

"Bob was one of the first in the state of Wisconsin to have a pet cemetery as well as a crematory making him a true pioneer in the profession. I learned a lot from him, not the least of which was learning and being proud of a hard day's work out in nature taking care of the grounds of Forrest Run where so many beloved pets have been laid to rest. It truly is a hidden gem and one of the most peaceful and serene places in the Village of Sherwood" remarked Pat.

We are very grateful for the partnerships that we have with our veterinary clinics. And, if your veterinary clinic uses another crematory, you can still request our services. Even if and ESPECIALLY if you are at the local emergency hospital in the middle of the night. We are available by phone 24 hours a day and do not mind a phone call in the middle of the night to make the arrangements with you. We recently had a family share with us that they were told by a staff member at Blue Pearl that they had to use the emergency hospitals exclusive pet cremation service, or they had to take their pet with them. In the middle of the night. This is not the first time this has happened. Take a moment to check out the link below to see if your veterinary clinic is one of our partners.
