The thrill of a new beginning is timeless regardless of the hour!

As the clock neared noon today, the dining room transformed into a sea of sparkling hats, crowns and beads for the highly anticipated "Noon Year's Eve" celebration. Residents, family and staff shared laughter and stories as they toasted the new year with glasses of sparkling cider. When the countdown finally reached zero and the ball was lowered, the moment was met with the spirited sounds of noisemakers and horns and a joyful chorus of "Auld Lang Syne" was sung.

We invite residents, families, and neighbors to gather for a lively night filled with laughter, friendly competition, and the chance to win some exciting prizes. Whether you're a seasoned player or a first-timer, this event is a wonderful opportunity to connect with our community and create lasting memories with your loved ones. We will have light refreshments available, and we can't wait to see who calls out "Bingo!" first. The event will be held at New Horizon Senior Living, 230 Indian Bay Drive, Sherwood, from 6-7:30 p.m.

What an extraordinary celebration we had at our first-ever resident Christmas party, Pancakes and Pajamas, where joy was contagious and memories were made! Special appreciation goes out to Mark Rowlinson for enchanting us with beautiful piano entertainment, and to Rosie Carter with STAT Home Health, Ginger Eason with Elite Home Health, Shannon Sparrow with Right At Home, and Jeremy Belknap with Gentiva Hospice for their contributions to this unforgettable party!
