Often when I’m working on a client I’m amazed by the difference from the side I worked on vs the side I haven’t yet worked on.
In the first photo, I worked the right side, using a combination of lighter pressure, moderate/deeper pressure, gliding (dynamic) cupping (where a silicone cup is dragged across the tight muscle/connective tissue), and just one static (where the cup is let in place) acrylic cup. You can see how everything opened up and is sitting where it should be on her right side. The second photo is both sides being worked on, with the same approach.
If you have tension and stress held in your back, cupping is a great way to get your muscles back into place!
