Great to be collaborating with Karen of Palcho’s Products once again!

Re-introduction to the chakras incorporating body movement, earth art

Delve into the emotional energy of the chakras and the organs of our body.
Learn emotional connections, breathing exercise, and physical release

Join Kim Nice of Gentle Arrow Energy Healing on WEDNESDAY, March 4, 2026, 1-4 pm, for a day of ceremony and creation at East-West Energy Department in Shillington, PA.

Each participant will craft an 18 to 20-inch, single sided, maple wood frame medicine drum of either Deer, Elk, or Buffalo hide. (Size and hide subject to supplier availability) Each hide choice brings with it a unique energy.

Those who have experience birthing drums are invited to create a 24-inch drum. Please reach out to Kimberly for prices and registration for Advanced Drum Creation.

We will begin the workshop with ceremony connecting to Mother Earth and to the heartbeat of your drum. The drum is then tied and coaxed into form…all the while receiving your energy and intentions. Finally, it is laced in a sacred pattern representing the medicine wheel and four cardinal directions. You will leave the workshop with a completed raw drum. The drum takes about a week to naturally dry/cure in a cool, dry location. Once dry, it can be personalized with paint, beads or feathers if desired. Each drum is unique in color and tone. An information packet including drum aftercare and shea butter are included.

Everything you need to create your drum and be**er will be provided. You can bring your own stick to create a be**er if you wish, but one will be provided.

This is an indoor event. Dress in layers for comfort, as birthing drums is intense work…but EXTREMELY rewarding!

Pack a snack and beverage if you wish.

We meet again on Wednesday February 18th at Karen’s workshop in Fleetwood for the hands-on portion to make the tiger balm.
