Tonight at Shippenburg University they are playing PONG with Gatorade. It is an event that gives the Harbor 1/2 the funds raised. But more than that, they bring awareness to the students through stories, QR assessments, and resources. Grateful to be a part of it.

Amazing Shoutout to these fine Men from The Harbor !! They have shown up multiple times and no matter the job from carrying heavy boxes to helping sort things and everything in-between they do it passionately and with there ALL. We're proud of Them!! Let's Bless them with words of Praise.

We've been saying this for years. Many have shared that this was harder to get off of than opiods themselves. Just because it's legal doesn't make it good.

There’s a largely-unregulated drug sold in gas stations across Harrisburg that is increasingly worrying health experts due to its opioid-like tendencies.

After we opened the sober bar in 2013, we opened our recovery house for men in 2017. Many years later, we are still celebrating the transformations we are delighted to share with you all. Super proud of the work these men have done and are still doing. So many are not in this video, but we will make more- WE DO RECOVER! Message us if you are ready for change like this!

Last night this guy told his story. He mentioned his pain and the way it drove his behaviors, thoughts, and the affects it had on his relationships with himself, others, and God.
He also told us about his healing/recovery and how it affecting his thoughts, behaviors, and relationships with self, others, and God.
Ususally, John just "shows" us but in honor to celebrate his 2 yr soberity date, he courageous told us.

This might be a hard truth to swallow. If a month without alcohol feels uncomfortable, that discomfort is information. It’s not a failure and it’s not weakness, it’s feedback.

Alcohol has a way of numbing things we don’t want to feel, and when you take it away those feelings speak up. Listening to them is where real change starts.

Dry January isn’t about white-knuckling a month, it’s about paying attention to what alcohol has been masking.
