Let's talk about doom scrolling!
Doom scrolling is consuming too much short form content that often ends up turning in to negative content.
Doom scrolling can lead to:
Poor mental health
Anxiety
Depression
Headaches
Poor sleep quality
Contstantly wanting more
What can you do about it? Stay off your phone as much as possible. Participate in hobbies like cooking, baking, or going outside.
If you have to be on a device try to focus on watching educational content on a topic you care about.
