Peptides are everywhere right now… but what are they actually? 🤔

On Monday’s new episode of Different Life, Peptides or Placebo?, we’re breaking down one of the most talked-about trends in longevity, performance, and whole-body health.

Because let’s be honest: names like BPC-157 sound more like a Wi-Fi password than something people are injecting, researching, or debating online.

This clip says what a lot of people are thinking: if you’re confused by peptides, you’re not alone. We’re keeping the conversation real, practical, and grounded so everyday people can better understand what’s hype, what’s helpful, and what questions to ask.

Save this if peptides have been popping up on your feed lately, and catch the full episode Monday on Different Life.

The new episode is out: Why Are We All So Tired?

A lot of this conversation is about the obvious things that affect energy like sleep, movement, stress, caffeine, and food. But this clip gets into something deeper too: you usually feel better when your life includes something you actually look forward to.

Purpose matters. Connection matters. Feeling like you are part of something bigger than your to do list matters.

If you have been feeling drained lately, this episode is a good reminder that more energy is not always about forcing yourself to do more. Sometimes it starts with better routines. Sometimes it starts with more movement. And sometimes it starts with making more room for the people, habits, and moments that make you feel more like yourself.

What’s one thing you’re doing every day that might be making you more tired… just because it has become normal?

That’s the conversation behind this clip and one of the biggest takeaways from Monday’s upcoming episode, Why Are We All So Tired?

A lot of the things that drain your energy can feel so normal that you stop questioning them. Too little sleep. Not moving enough. Too much caffeine. Too much sugar. Too much stress. Too much time pushing through on autopilot.

That’s where this gets personal. Feeling better does not always mean overhauling your whole life. Sometimes it means getting honest about the few habits that are quietly taking the most out of you and changing those first.

Sometimes whole health is not about doing more. Sometimes it is about getting more sleep, moving more often, and eating less of what keeps you crashing.

If you have been feeling exhausted lately, this episode might hit home.

Save this reel for your next reset, and tell us in the comments: what’s one habit you know is draining your energy right now? 💬

A lot of runners think injuries come from running too much.

In reality, it is usually because the body is not fully prepared for the load.

This is a quick self check we use with runners:

• Can you balance on one leg for 30 seconds
• Does your knee stay controlled when you move
• Can your knee move over your toes without your heel lifting

If any of these were tough, that may be part of why running has been bothering you.

The good news is these are all things that can be improved.

This is what we work on with runners every day so they can stay consistent and actually enjoy running without pain.

Save this so you can come back and test yourself later

04/14/2026

As the weather warms up, everyone’s ready to hit the pavement again ☀️🏃‍♂️

But if running always seems to come with aches and pains… it’s probably not “just part of it.”

The most common issues we see:
• Overstriding (reaching instead of pushing)
• Weak hips (skipping strength work)
• Doing too much, too fast (no recovery plan)

Dial in your form, build strength, and give your body time to adapt — and you’ll run farther, feel better, and actually enjoy it.

Thinking about getting back into running this season? Start smart, not just hard. Build a solid foundation now so you can stay consistent all spring and summer.
If you’re already dealing with nagging pain, don’t ignore it — that’s your body asking for a better plan.

Message us or drop your questions below. We’ll help you get back to running the right way 💪

If you’ve been feeling drained by certain relationships, this episode might hit home.

The new episode of Different Life, Buying Back Time, is out now.

In this clip, we talk about something that can be hard to admit: not every friendship still fits your life just because it has been there for a long time. Sometimes the real question is whether that relationship still supports who you are, where you’re going, and how you want to feel.

This episode asks you to look honestly at what deserves your time. Are the people in your life feeding your soul, or are they constantly pulling from your energy? If every interaction feels heavy, dreaded, or one sided, it may be time to rethink what you keep giving your time to.

That idea connects to your whole health too. Protecting your energy matters. The way you spend your time affects your mindset, your physical health, and your ability to show up fully in the parts of life that matter most.

What deserves your time? ⏱️

That’s the question behind this clip and the heart of Monday’s new Different Life episode, Buying Back Time.

In this conversation, we talk about three areas that often deserve the most attention: your work, your relationships, and your physical health. But even inside those categories, not everything is worth your energy. Some things move you forward. Some things quietly drain you.

That’s why this clip is such a good reminder to pause and ask yourself what actually deserves your time and what might need to be delegated, offloaded, or let go.

That idea matters in your whole health too. Whether you’re focused on physical therapy, strength training, sports performance training, or health coaching, real progress often comes from protecting your time and putting more of it toward what truly supports you.

🎧 Monday’s new episode, Buying Back Time, is all about that. What deserves more of your time right now?

Episode 5 is out now: Want To Lose Weight? Stop Running!

This episode is really about a mistake a lot of people make: chasing weight loss by doing more cardio and focusing only on the scale.

In this clip, we talk about something most people never hear clearly enough. You can lose 50 pounds through diet alone and still lose muscle, feel weaker, and not look or feel the way you hoped. The scale might change, but your body composition tells a very different story.

That’s why this episode goes deeper into what actually matters: a calorie deficit, strength training, better food choices, preserving muscle, and building habits you can sustain long term.

If you’ve ever felt confused by all the mixed advice around weight loss, this episode is for you.

Want to lose weight? Stop running. 👀

That’s the conversation behind episode 5 of Different Life.

A friend said she’d been running a lot and still wasn’t losing weight. And that frustration is exactly why we had this conversation. Running can be great for your heart, your fitness, and your overall health, but it’s not the most effective fat-loss strategy for most people.

In this episode, we break down why cardio alone usually falls short, how people accidentally eat back the calories they burn, and why strength training, whole foods, and a realistic calorie deficit matter a whole lot more in the long run.

If you’ve ever felt like you were working hard and still not seeing progress, this one is for you.

🎧Episode 5 drops Monday. Save this post, and tell us in the comments what part of weight loss feels most confusing right now.

Great energy, great people, and an even better time at Beacon & Blade 🔥

Events like this are exactly why we love being part of this community. Bringing people together, moving, learning, and having fun outside the typical gym setting it does not get much better than that.

We are all about creating experiences that go beyond traditional physical therapy and strength training and this was a perfect example of what that can look like.

If you are a local business thinking about hosting something unique for your members, clients, or community we would love to collaborate and make it happen.
