Why?

I am often asked at market’s why? Either why am I selling goat’s milk or why is it better? My why is simple. A need for our daughter. Our daughter has struggled with eczema since she was 18 months old to the point of often bleeding. Now as a young teen the affects of continued steroid use and our frustration of the options left continued. Being self conscious of her condition I wanted to try something different. We live in the country. We had started raising Nigerian Dwarf goats. Goat milk has long been the go to. I began researching making soaps and lotions. The natural vitamin packed goat milk can pe*****te the surface layer of our skin fast. Continued use with the right balance of natural oils and butters, keep it natural and it can FEED our skin. That’s all I needed to know!

LOTS of trial and error. LOTS of product testing from family and friends. Why you ask? The best and only reason was even more evident yesterday. As I watched my daughter getting her bridesmaid dressed altered for her brother’s wedding she was so proud of her appearance. Her smile from ear to ear with her forearms not bleached out or bloody anymore. She was wearing her sleeveless bridesmaid dress with confidence. Our daughter’s eczema is finally under control.
