For all my clients out there wondering if I'm still doing massage.
I started working at Birch Body care in Uptown Kingston a couple months ago! It has helped me grow to be a better therapist and I love having coworkers to work with.
As I have been mainly beeing a stay at home mom I needed to get out of the house and work with ppl consistently a few day's lol.

I'm back😁!! Made a few updates to the room!

Book an appointment for Thur or Sat 9am-6pm (I am somewhat flexible if these day's don't fit your schedule. Just get in touch with me and we can work something out). Contact me via text or fb messenger. Also I am still available for travel massage.
For client covid regulations during massage. I do not require client to wear mask during massage unless they prefer to.

I'm praying that you are all safe and healthy during this stressful time. We are doing well here at the Elmendorf's house! Enjoying the beautiful weather we've been getting in-between the April showers!
Massages will begin again once this epidemic is over. In the meantime be well and do some stretching at home. If people would like me to make a self care video or easy couple's massage techniques comment below and I'll see what I can do😉

This is a little sneak peak of what this modality leaves behind. Oh my octopus backs😮
Though it may look intense it brings circulation to problem areas that are lacking in blood flow. It also helps loosen up tension areas. Those who have a lot of tension may find it more painful then those who don't, but the feedback from those who had painful areas said they felt immediate relief in their high tension areas.
