Spring is here! Join me for my virtual spring yoga session and awaken your mind-body-spirit this season.
We will focus on building strength and flexibility, improving balance and stability, practicing mindfulness and connecting as a community.
We'll meet virtually for 13 weeks (4/6-6/29) on Saturdays at 8:30AM Pacific (other time zones are welcome to join this virtual class). Start your weekends by taking time out for yourself!

Registration for the spring session of my virtual yoga class (still on Wednesdays at 4:30) is now open.

Class starts 3/29 and runs through 6/14. That's 12 sessions for $125. You can earn 1.2 CEUs.

All sessions are recorded and you'll have access to each recording for a week, in case you miss a practice or want to repeat it.

I will be teaching a synchronous yoga class via Zoom on Wednesdays at 4:30 Pacific. Classes run 1/11-3/29. That's 12 classes for $125! Earn 1.2 CEUs if you successfully complete 70% of the classes. Everyone receives the class recording and has access to it for one week.
