Her vision, integrity, and steady leadership didn’t just influence decisions – she help build our culture, developed team members, and set a standard that will continue long after her tenure here.

We are heartbroken by the loss of Andrea Merrell, the dedicated M Health Fairview team member who was tragically killed while on duty. Our thoughts are with Andrea, her family, loved ones, and colleagues during this incredibly difficult time. We were honored to welcome a staff member from Senator Tammy Baldwin’s office to Life Link III’s Rice Lake base this week for a firsthand look at how our teams deliver critical care across communities. The visit highlighted the importance of timely access to advanced medical transport in regions where distance and geography can be a factor.

We are grateful for the opportunity to continue building strong partnerships with our legislative leaders to ensure rural patients have access to the care they need!

Thank you to the Forest Industry Safety & Training Alliance (FISTA) for their sponsorship of our First Aid/CPR/Training Initiative in Wisconsin. Through FISTA support over the past two years, Life Link III clinicians have provided professionals in the logging industry with certified emergency care education, like this session from earlier this week.

Recently, Life Link III partnered with TITAN Simulation to develop a first-of-its-kind pediatric airway trainer, enabling our clinical teams to practice critical airway management skills on the youngest patients we serve.
