This retreat is based on the book - The 7 Spiritual Laws of Success by Deepak Chopra. It offers a life altering perspective on attainment of success. It teaches us to attain our dreams with ease. Deepak Chopra teaches in this book that we can attain much more than just material success by following practices such as silence, non judgment, seeking your higher self, accepting people and situations, giving, intention and detachment.
1. Welcome Tea - 11 am
2. Book Introduction to The 7 Spiritual Laws of Success - 11.30 - 12.30 pm
4. LUNCH - 12.30 to 1.30 pm (Catered).
5. The 7 Spiritual Laws of Success - Discussion by Speaker. You will create your Booklet. 1.30 - 2.30 pm
6. Guided group activity/ exercise - 2.30 - 3.30 pm
TEA & REFRESHMENTS - 3.30 pm
7. Guided meditation. 3.30 - 4.30 pm

Sunday, July 9th - 9.30 am - 1.30 pm
1. Guided Beach Meditation with Reiki - 9.30 - 10.45 am
Relax/ sun bathe - 30 min
2. Healthy snacks & bottled water will be provided. - 11.15 am
3. Gentle hike and Nature Bathing/ Healing - 11.30 am - 12.30 pm
(and grounding exercises)
4. LUNCH - 12.30 - 1.30 pm. (catered lunch) Lunch options available.
(Please let us know of any allergies, restrictions or preferences - such as vegan, gluten free etc.)
Please bring a yoga mat, a blanket, a pillow and water for yourself. Additional items - sunscreen, sunglasses, hand sanitizer, a hat and a towel. Wear comfortable clothing and shoes.
