An average day in my life in 37 seconds as a cafe / yoga shala owner / operator / instructor.

Always start with a pour over & some floor time with my floof.

Haul the goods, proof the bread, solo practice, teach Mysore style, bake the bread.

Onto prep. Today was extremely slow for a Friday. So I used that time make: pumpkin coffee cake muffins, Love cookies, earl grey chai concentrate, sexy drink syrup, Palo santo syrup, bought a La Marzocco 😂, paid fees for upcoming farmers market, updated menu designs to print, served food & bevvys.

Time to close up & clean. Online meeting with a potential new matcha source. Heading home to finally eat, more floof time & you know… KNIT!

This is why I go to sleep at 8pm. I wouldn’t have it any way. I’m in love with my life.

Tomorrow, I do it all over again ❤️‍🔥

Sunrise Stillness is a morning ritual of mindfulness that includes Tea ceremony. Ceremonially crafted Tea is served and enjoyed in quiet contemplation bringing reflection, internal awareness and deep peace of mind. Tea served in ceremony connects the mind and body to spirit through a grounded, nourishing and embodied practice - creating a space you’ll want to return to again and again and again.

Sunrise Stillness is included in the Unlimited Monthly Membership. For new students, you can pay a one-time fee of $30.
