As a trainer, one thing that always makes me sad is consulting with so many moms who feel that committing time to their own fitness goals is selfish. I remind them every time that you are no good to anyone else if you allow yourself to fall apart. That prioritizing your health and wellness is paramount and critical to being your best self. In the process of loving yourself first, you are now able to be the best woman, mother and wife to your family. PSA ladies, take time to give yourself some love. Get that pedicure, go take that fitness class, go to lunch with your friends. Take time to work on yourself! 2 years ago, i was going through some stuff and i decided that i wanted this tattoo as a daily reminder to myself to love myself first because its easy to get caught up in pleasing others at our own expense.

One last class with this very special lady! Kelly, you’ve been a huge part of our since we opened our doors almost 5 years ago. Your kind, non-judge mental and compassionate ways have helped thousands of ladies learn to be proud of who they are and embrace their bodies while being confident, strong, and sexy….all while having a blast AND burning some serious calories. While we are all so happy for the opportunities that have opened up for you and your family in Florida, your unique and fun classes will be missed and you will be missed even more!

Get your mind right. Set a few intentions, wrote down a few goals. Look around to see that you are surrounded by so much to be thankful for, stay positive, and have a kick a$$ day!
