Beginning the process of moving, sorting and the (very hard😂) decisions about which toys will make the move. I'm excited for this new change and slightly overwhelmed at the amount of work yet to do.

This week has been a treat. The holiday season often means more cancellations, less intakes and more time to slow down. I've really enjoyed being able to clean and organize, have a coffee and actually be (sort of) caught up. Cheers to the little things!

I am the proud owner of a lightbar for EMDR! Thanks to H30 Wellness (Nicole & Toma) who were needing to find a new home for it. Cactus Bloom is the new home! 🥰

My shoulders will thank me 💪🏼 and I'm super excited to see the impact on client's processing.
