I rarely post a pic of food. But I wanted to show that dinner can be simple. Bears eat simple and we would be wise to follow their examples.
Beans, chicken and leafy greens. (Eating in season cabbage would have been more appropriate) But oh well.
Enjoy simple, healthy whole foods.

My little 9 year old Ruby drew this.
Scrolling can deplete our immune system and mental health.
I get caught in it too. Teddy the kitty is suffering the consequences of too much scrolling in her little drawing/story.

The kids joined me in the hyperbaric chamber. We can fit a family of four in here. A little cozy but great. I told my son if he continues to go in it with me he'll grow really tall. He asked "will I get hairy and tall like a Sasquatch?' he was so excited.
So for those vertically challenged, immunologically challenged or even mentally challenged the whole family can come in for the price of one. :)
So you too can be tall and hairy like a Sasquatch!

"But itt's cool Dad. It's like a mustache in your nose." -Josh my son said this after I explained why I was plucking my nose hairs and he asked why. Love that kid. 😂
It's very healthy to laugh.
