I very much experienced this on Tuesday. I came home from a busy day of seeing patients. I didn’t want to talk to anyone, felt a little anxious, a little off and a little depressed. I didn’t want to be a doctor anymore. I went on a walk at 9 o’clock at night. About 30°, clear skies. I walked by myself and when I came home, I felt really good and slept very well that night and the next day felt so much better. I was thinking I couldn’t do this much longer but now I can, all because of a walk.
