God’s favor places me right where I’ve learned to be.

As a faith-based practitioner, my role has never been to convince, but to create. I create individualized plans that meet each person exactly where they are, honoring their hearts, their experiences, and their readiness. I’ve learned that when the heart is already guarded, no amount of explanation will open it, but presence will. Patience will. Love will.

I don’t teach people how to replace their faith. I offer tools that can sit with it. Breath, stillness, gentle movement… these are not distractions from God, they are gentle pathways to sit more fully with Him.

Looking back at this Children’s Yoga certification from 2023, I see more than a milestone, I see preparation. I see God positioning me to serve children, families, and communities with compassion, creativity, and understanding. Every child doesn’t need the same approach. Every person doesn’t receive the same way. And that’s okay.

My work is to plant seeds, not force growth. To create safe spaces where learning can happen naturally, without pressure or resistance.

I’m grateful for how far I’ve come, and even more grateful for the ways God continues to guide my steps.
