As we head into the holiday season, we wanted to share our adjusted hours so you can plan ahead:

Open:
• Monday & Tuesday, December 22nd–23rd | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Closed:
• December 24–28

Open:
• Monday & Tuesday, December 29th–30th | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Closed:
• December 31st – January 4th

We’ll be back to our regular hours on Monday, January 5th.

Thank you for allowing us time to rest, reset, and spend time with our families so we can come back ready to care for yours. Wishing you a healthy, peaceful holiday season — we’ll see you soon!

The holidays don’t have to leave you feeling run down.
A few small, intentional choices can go a long way in helping your body stay strong during one of the busiest seasons of the year.

Think:
• Drink more water than you think you need
• Keep some form of movement in your routine
• Prioritize rest when you can
• Support your immune system and nervous system
• Stay consistent with your wellness care

You don’t have to do everything perfectly.
Just do a few things consistently.

Your body is already working hard — these habits help it keep up.
Here’s to feeling good through the holidays, not just after them.
