Kinetic Wellness Kinetic Wellness specializes in the therapeutic application of yoga to encourage and support a holistic approach to your well-being.

At the core of Kinetic Wellness is yoga therapist Hollie Lloyd, whose vision is to foster a healthier, more connected community by redefining wellness through the integration of mind, body, breath, and spirit. Her intention is to empower students on their journey towards holistic well-being grounded in the belief that true health involves a whole person approach nurturing every aspect of an individual's life. Within Kinetic Wellness, two dedicated spaces bring this vision to life:

~ The Yoga Room offers therapeutically oriented yoga classes designed to support students with specific health conditions through intentionally limited class sizes to ensure individual attention in a supportive environment.

~ The Nirogi Room serves as a specialized treatment space dedicated to restoring balance and promoting a “dis-ease” free state of mind and body, inviting clients to take an active role in the healing process. Kinetic Wellness is also proud to honor the diverse financial realities within our community by offering an Equity-Based Pricing structure. Here, you are invited to choose a rate aligned with your current resources, knowing that every tier receives the same care and respect. Your presence will always matter more than the price.
